PARADICE is a journey that leads high and deep, to the feet of the Presena Glacier, into the heart of the mountain, where time flows more slowly, and excellence takes shape. There, we hid our family treasure and waited for the ice to reveal its secret: the constant cold, the ideal humidity, total darkness and absolute silence slow down the wine’s aging, preserving the aromas in an extraordinary way.

Thus, a unique Trentodoc is born, aged for over 70 months in a cave above 2000 meters of altitude. A mountain-style classic method that astonishes with finesse, elegance and precision. A story that speaks of the transformative power of time, of nature, and of virtuous collaborations.

PARADICE is not just a Trentodoc. It is a challenge to the laws of time, an invitation to rediscover the profound link between wine and mountains, between slowness and precision, between research and memory. The project began in 2021 when, together with the Pontedilegno-Tonale Consortium, we transformed an existing cave into a high-altitude cellar. With MuSe, the natural science museum of Trento we then wove science and environmental sensitivity, so that PARADICE, true custodian of the Glacier’s past, could also tell its future.
This wine thus becomes a symbol of the fragility and strength of the mountains, but also of a more aware and respectful tomorrow. A story made tangible by the collaboration with REDO, which transformed the disused protective sheets of the Presena Glacier into a symbolic, circular, living packaging.
